We provide web development, cloud, mobile, branding, digital marketing, and related consulting. Project scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract.

You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate materials, and required access. Delays on your side may affect schedules. You confirm you have rights to content you supply for use in projects.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools and frameworks remain ours; project deliverables transfer as specified in your contract after full payment. The Webkarya name and marks remain our property.

Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set in your agreement. Late payments may pause work. Taxes apply as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webkarya Infosystems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or services. Our total liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project unless a contract states otherwise.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
